They feel like without a gym, they cannot achieve their weight loss goal thus they get discouraged even before they begin.         HOW TO GET RID OF FLABBY ARMS  Flabby arms a.k.a AKA CHRISTIAN MOTHER 😜 is pretty common amongst people (male and female) so if you've got one, you're not alone.
